INTRODUCTION

I am a third year degree student of Bachelor Engineering Technology in Electrical in Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL).

This is my 6th semester and we are taking a module, Final Year Project 1 (FYP1) as stated according to the credit hours allocated in the study planner. This module is compulsory to every students in their 6th semester in order to complete our study here in UniKL BMI.

GETTING STARTED (Week 1)

On the 17th January 2012, the first briefing for the final year project students is held in Gemilang Hall and is conducted by Sir Kamal and Sir Ismail. We were briefed about the procedure on signing up with the RPS, the dateline for choosing our supervisors, how to do time management and also some few information that is in my opinion are really useful for completing our final year projects.

Fortunately, during last semester's study week, I have met Sir Mokhtar and I asked him to be my Final Year Project supervisor.  The first week of the new semester, I met him and ask him again regarding him being my supervisor. 

After giving me a short introduction, he asked for me to come out with some ideas on what i planned to do for my final year project and he asked me to come and see him again the following week.
